Once you place an order, our logistics team immediately begins processing and shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step, from order confirmation to delivery at your doorstep. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.
Small Items (Same Day Delivery) Items classified as small include almost everything except appliances and TVs over 43″.
Large Items (Next Day Delivery) For larger items such as major appliances and TVs over 60″, we offer next-day delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Certain items, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases, are exempt from being returned.

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@megatekk.mt.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@megatekk.mt and send your item to: 93, Guze Ellul Mercer Street, Qormi, QRM2680, Malta.
Gifts If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: 93, Guze Ellul Mercer Street, Qormi, QRM2680, Malta. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
