The total power drawn from the four USB ports of the Raspberry Pi 5 is limited by default to a nominal 600 mA; this limit is automatically increased to a nominal 1.6 A when the USB-C PD power supply is detected.
The USB-C PD power supply is also capable of delivering 3 A @ 9 V, 2.25 A, @ 12 V and 1.8 A @ 15 V to PD-compatible products, making the power supply suitable for many general-purpose Pi, and off Raspberry Pi.
